Rooftop Policies
Please note that our guests of all ages are welcome on the roof until 7PM, when those under 21 must vacate. Seating reservations for the Rooftop Bar can be made starting one week in advance. Requests for preferred seating areas are welcomed, but not guaranteed. Please note our availability changes based on private events on the rooftop. The Empire Rooftop dress code is smart casual.
