The Empire Rooftop is open year-round and offers a luxurious 8000 square feet of interior and exterior space. Complete with East and West Terraces, our lounge has two bars, an intimate fireplace, and a retractable roof on the West Terrace. Serving up brunch on weekends, delicious cocktails + fare options 7 days a week, and endless NYC views 365 days a year.

Guests of all ages are welcome on the roof until 7PM, when those under 21 must vacate. Seating reservations for the Rooftop Bar can be made starting one week in advance.
